She. (Datura. Rose. Smoky quartz.)

This recipe came to me in a dream. Actually, to be honest, it was more that my Guides came tapping on my shoulder in the middle of the night and told me to write it down. They gave me the name (complete with the . at the end): I am not one for gendering plants or formulas, so please understand that this one is an anomaly, but it fits. It’s a combination of datura sun/moon flower essence, rutilated smoky quartz essence, and the last of the summer’s wild rose elixir.

It is an ode, an offering, a spell, a prayer, to the divine feminine*, and to the softness, surrender, sensuality, wild, vital aliveness in all of us. This formula is for any of us trying to find your way back to the sensual surrender of living in trust; in devoted relationship with the big-ness of the universe.

*not usually a term I use, and it's shorthand that I'm constantly looking for a better term for. I think of it more like, the soft, sensual, changeable, open-hearted, playful, ever-changing, surrendered part of ourselves.
